She is able to listen and dissect what I am saying. I am confused and have a low self esteem problem at the moment. She is helping me but I am struggling to admit and come to terms with the problems I have. I feel in time she will help me overcome these issues.

Anne's down to earth and direct approach got to the issues at hand very quickly. She is very easy to talk to and really puts you at ease, which in my case was needed. She offers practical solutions and doesn't just sit listening and nodding like some other counsellors do.

She is an excellent listener and has a great memory for what we have discussed in previous sessions. Her style of counselling is supportive and she offers valuable guidance without instructing me what to do, which I would find unhelpful. She leaves the tone of the session up to me which is useful as it allows me to express myself without feeling pushed towards a certain way of thinking. She is understanding and personable, and is able to offer insight into things which I did not realise about myself until she opened those doors.
