Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you face. It considers your thoughts, emotions and relevant moments in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.

Karen is enabling me to talk about some very difficult experiences in my life. She is helping me to look at what effects my mood and what causes me to feel low and strategies to help with this. She is very experienced in her profession and I feel this was an important quality for me.
