Christina has always been extremely supportive throughout my journey and very reassuring which has helped massively with my self-development. Her approach is very caring and she is very passionate about helping people through difficult times by using self-love techniques to grow self-esteem. Since having therapy, I am able to cope better with stress and manage my compulsive behaviour so that it's not self-destructive anymore. I am happier in myself day-to-day thanks to Christina's support and guidance. I would definitely recommend seeing Christina.

Christina is great. She is very easy to talk to, and understanding and helped me make sense of my own feelings. She helped me to identify issues and put in place tools to overcome them. I wholeheartedly recommend Christina.
