Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
Nicola is very approachable and is an intuitive listener. I found that Nicola focused on practical methods or solutions that can be applied to every day life, which was extremely helpful in managing my anxiety. I found that she was able to explain concepts really well and helped me to understand my anxiety better. She has a very good sense of when to delve deeper into issues and explore them further. Overall, I had a massively helpful and positive experience.

Absolute psychological genius - not exaggeration! Unbeatable blend of empathy and real sciencific knowledge. Nicola offers a practical approach to therapy that is like nothing else I've experienced with other therapists. I wish she'd write a book! Can't recommend highly enough!
