Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
I saw Hannah as a level 3 counselling student for 6 sessions. I found Hannah to be warm and empathic. Her breadth of knowledge and experience were evident in the sessions. I came away with having had an enriching experience and a valuable first experience of how good practice works.

Hannah was very empathetic and a wonderful listener, because I felt heard and truly listened to. She was curious and non-judgemental and I trusted her with my beliefs and reflections. I valued her questioning around problem solving and she really helped me help myself. She was able to see the patterns in my behaviour and experiences and reflect back to me which felt rare and trusting. She helped me help myself, especially with regards to finding self compassion. It was very important that my therapist was confident and experienced so I couldn't have been luckier to find Hannah!
