Penny helped me from the very first phone call I made. In our sessions, she gently and patiently got me to first understand what was really the cause of my issues (not what I first thought for sure!), before working with me to be certain that everything was out on the open and being dealt with. If you're feeling that there's something wrong but you don't know just what, Penny's your woman!

Penny was very good in making me understand and solve my issues rather than spoon feeding me the solution. I always felt at ease and I always had the support necessary. She made me understand my value and helped me become a stronger more secure person.

Super professional and compassionate. She is wonderful at remembering the many details I mentioned in my sessions and showing a great understanding of where I was at by recalling relevant facts about my history and the people in my life.

Penny is a talented, gifted, well informed, experienced professional with a wonderful personal manner. I found her extremely empathetic, patient and insightful at helping me to address issues and also the real causes of problems. This has been a helpful approach compared to others, with lasting results.

Penny was incredibly helpful and instrumental in my progress with my mental health. With Penny i never felt embarrassed or trivial. I found myself making some realisations and learning some key coping tools for my every day life. I moved from the area but miss her sessions terribly, she is patient and wise and was very aspirational to me.
