Pat was very professional and made me feel immediately comfortable in our sessions. It was explained that the aim was to provide tools and homework to help bridge the sessions and work on the progress made. Throughout every conversation I had complete trust in Pat's skills and knowledge and really saw an improvement with each session. I now have the understanding and resources there to help me in future and wouldn't hesitate to contact Pat again, should I need.

Patricia is a very easy person to open up to and a delightfully warm human being. I feel very comfortable in her presence and feel confident of her confidentiality. Patricia brings out the best in a person and seeks out light hearted moments when one feels temporarily down hearted and cannot see light at the end of the tunnel. I would whole heartedly recommend Patricia if you are feeling nervous about taking the next step to moving forward in your life.

Pat is very calming and easy to talk to. She put me at ease from my first session when I first sought help a few years ago, when I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression after having been very physically ill and having problems with my family relationships. She is patient and understanding, guiding me to find my own answers and feeling better. I still attend as I find talking to her helps me maintain my mental wellbeing.

Patricia has been invaluable in my progress to moving forward from a particularly difficult period of my life. This has been my first time undergoing counselling and I am so glad I found Patricia. She has been pivotal in guiding me in the right direction and helping to clarify my thoughts when the constant rumination left me feeling completely confused and stuck. I have felt that during my sessions with Patricia, she has been objective whilst also wanting the very best for me and I have felt that she deeply cared about the direction my life moved in. There aren't enough words to say how thankful I am for finding her, thank you Patricia from the bottom of my heart!

From the very first session, I found Patricia extremely easy to talk to. I was pleased that the sessions were grounded in my present. Very quickly, we found methods of dealing with my issues, and I have been able to move forward quickly and positively. I am now seeing Patricia every three months for a "top up" session. I am really pleased with the work we have done and highly recommend Patricia.

I found Patricia immediately open, friendly and easy to talk with. She spent a lot of time encouraging me to open up and explore my thinking, really focusing me on changing my internal thought process around stress and anxiety. She was also good fun to meet and made the sessions I have had with her enjoyable as well as insightful, with lots of practical advice for me to take away and implement which have made a real impact for me.

It is thought of as a daunting experience going for counselling or help, and to share your problems/concerns/worries with a complete stranger. Patricia makes this so easy to do and is an amazing listener and communicator. She understands what you are experiencing and makes the session just seem like a chat and very enjoyable. You come away refreshed enlightened and full of energy. I would highly recommend her. As soon as she feels you don't need her she lets you know. To me this is the hard part, letting go of her!

A wonderfully caring disposition is always a great start when you desperately need help and Patricia has that in bucket loads. Every meeting with Patricia was progressive and she helped bring me back from the depths of despair, self-loathing and thoughts of self-harm to a much brighter place with a more positive outlook on life. Patricia is a great listener who helped me to start loving myself again and with her help, good friends and family behind me my recovery has been amazing. I will never forget the things Patricia has done to help me, she is a wonderful, kind and thoughtful lady. Thank you again Patricia.

Patricia is very positive and easy to talk to, which created a very relaxed, trusting and non-judgmental atmosphere during the sessions. Step by step, with Patricia's careful listening and thoughtful questions I was able to look at my situation from a completely different point of view, which was a game changer. Talking to her made me see life changing events very clearly and not as scary as before. I also got a few very useful tips on how to deal with feelings like guilt and how to approach some decision making situations - these techniques are going to be used in my everyday life from now on. She is also very encouraging and supportive - and that helped me go back on a positive track and start gaining my confidence back. The sessions were well structured and I was looking forward to each one of them, thank you very much again!

During my therapy sessions with Patricia I have found her to be kind, understanding, supportive and professional. She has a manner that puts you at ease and creates an environment of mutual respect. You have a sense that you are sharing with someone who is highly trained, experienced and passionate about the work that she does. Through the carefully structured reading, learning, reflection, and discussion I have recognised how my emotional behaviour has developed throughout my life and how I might adapt my responses and reactions going forward. Therapy isn't easy, it can be painful and hard work, but committing to working hard on yourself with the help of an experienced guide such as Patricia can bring with it relief and rewards; it's not all hard graft, we have enjoyed a fair few moments of laughter in the mix. Patricia's positive attitude to life is evident and when you are ready to realise it, infectious. Therapy with Patricia has given me focus at a particularly difficult time and equipped me with the tools to navigate life with more positivity and kindness to myself. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Being an introvert I find it difficult to warm and trust individuals initially. However Patricia very soon put me at ease. Even as someone with feelings of low self-worth/value, I never felt belittled or judged by Patricia, only warmth and encouragement. Whilst I still have a way to go on my journey, I found the encouragement, self-help tools and other information very useful and I am very much grateful for the therapy given. Very highly recommended. I still have Patricia's details saved to my phone should I need assistance again!
