Vicky showed empathy, being easy to talk to and offering practical exercises and help. During the therapy, several situations arose which, without the sessions with Vicky, I cannot see how I would have coped as well as I did. Without the therapy, the last 6 or 7 months would have been very different.

Vicky helped me deal with my self esteem issues through the use of CBT. I'm really glad of the sessions and treatment.
