Pam is kind, a good listener and offers practical and useful advice. I found her sessions really useful when I was dealing with some difficult work issues. We talked through the challenges I was experiencing and she was able to offer some solid advice, which I followed and it helped me understand other people's behaviour and tailored my reactions. I would really recommend her as a therapist and counsellor.

Review of Psychotherapy for Self Esteem

Pam was very calm and understanding to my problems. I felt I can tell her all my thoughts without being judged or ridiculed, and yet, she did occasionally bring up different perspectives to my problems, that allowed me to take a different perspective to my suffering. It was very helpful, and if nothing else, at least a very pleasant person to talk to, which in itself already is a lot.
