She is a good listener and she knows how to find weak points during the conversation. Also, she knows where to find the right and understandable word to make me to understand where is actually the problem. I'm really happy.

Tracey was calming, patient and kind. She helped me to talk about things openly but in my own time. She gave me exercises and techniques to work with and I really did feel better after a few sessions, which Tracey had said would happen. I would highly recommend Tracey.

Good listener...didn't make me feel embarrassed. Offered some good coping mechanisms and opened my mind to a lot of historical events that were shaping my behaviours.

Tracey is excellent at finding the key points out of all my talking. She seemed very tuned in to what I felt my main issues were and was good at pointing me into directions of things I could work on. I felt that Tracey very quickly made me feel comfortable and I was able to trust her. I have by no means finished my therapy but I need to take time out. I would like to re-visit with Tracey in the not too distant future.
