He helped me come to my own realisations about my problems and offered many practical solutions to specific issues I was having, as well as looking back to the past to see where those issues came from in the first place. Becky was good at establishing trust and an easy conversation at a steady pace, a conversation that carried over and developed over multiple sessions, without herself talking a great deal, simple steering our sessions back to the issues I identified for myself, allowing me to keep myself honest, recognise my own sources of anxiety, stress, anger and also resilience and strength. When choosing a psychotherapist, your own "gut" is important. The "wavelength" must be right. With Simon it was right from the first moment. If you are looking for an empathic, calm and warm therapist, Simon is the right place for you. I feel comfortable with him, he encourages me to open up and I was able to establish a very good relationship of trust with Simon.
