Easy to talk to | Helpfulness | Value for Money |
My time with Janine was, in many ways, life changing. I learnt things about myself and my mental health that I wasn’t aware of. Janine taught me a great deal of coping techniques but moreover allowed me to get to the core of my issues and address them. As a result I have far better relations with some of the most important people in my life and am much more comfortable in myself. Janine was very compassionate and empathic. She allowed me to forge my own path in therapy whilst giving me enough guidance and direction. Whilst Janine’s fees were higher than others, it was worth the additional outlay.

In the short amount of time I've been seeing Janine, I feel so much progress has been made already. The space that has been created is professional, yet comfortable. At every point, Janine has kept me involved - always checking in that I feel like the sessions are helpful or if there's anything I want to work on. The plan we have made together has ensured transparency, and has made me feel listened to, and that I have a say in what happens. Janine is very patient, kind, and I always leave feeling positive and motivated, regardless of what we've discussed in the session. I'm very happy with everything so far, and look forward to continuing working with Janine.

Janine knows how to ask the correct questions and utilises the information you give her well to be constructive and insightful. Her competence is undeniable and her calm and sophisticated approach really helps to provide an optimistic approach to therapy. It is evident that she is capable of dealing with situations that may seem overly complex and can effectively provide advice and communicate in such a way that does not allow for judgement or ill feeling about therapy. I would strongly recommend.
